The central mountain region (Mop HaHar) comprises four regional councils: Shomron, Binyamin, Gush Etzion and Har Hevron.
Mop HaHar’s mission is to serve the farmers in a reliable and dedicated fashion, to promote their professional and economic advancement.
Mop HaHar’s Goals are to develop new agricultural products, research new high-value crops for niche markets, educate young people in modern agriculture, and spread knowledge about new ideas in farming.
The researched crops include: blueberry, flowers, wine grapes, raspberry and asana.
