Even the mightiest forest tree begins its life as a humble seed or cutting in a KKL-JNF plant nursery. Growing healthy species that are robust enough to survive and even thrive in Israel’s harsh climate is a science and an art. KKL-JNF operates 3 nurseries respectively located in the north, center and south of Israel, each of them catering to the specific needs and climatic conditions of the region in which it is located. Together, they produce about 1 million saplings each year for KKL-JNF forests, parks, and public areas.
Plant the seeds for Israel’s future by adopting a nursery-related project today!
