(3700 acres) of KKL-JNF forest land:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>In Eshtaol Forest<\/strong>, about 760 ha. were burned, of these:<\/p><p>345 ha. were burned on 23.5.25<\/p><p>412 ha. were burned on 30.5.25<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>In Ayalon-Canada Park<\/strong>, 610 ha. were burned, all on 30.5.25.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>The rehabilitation plan includes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Treatment and removal of burnt trees<\/li><li>Removal of dangerous hazards<\/li><li>Pruning for safety<\/li><li>Regulating flow channels and preventing erosion<\/li><li>Repairing access routes<\/li><li>High-density plantings in damaged recreation and leisure areas<\/li><li>Treatment of regenerating pine seeds<\/li><li>Planning fire lines<\/li><li>Establishing firebreaks<\/li><li>Perennial care of invasive species<\/li><li>Wildlife and vegetation surveys<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Priorities and implementation were determined by a steering team of professionals from relevant fields.
